How to make Frozen Oatmeal:

Spray oil on 6 muffin tins, coat on sides. Mix ingredients in order. (You want a batter consistency.) Put batter in the six tins. Place in the freezer for at least 45 minutes. Pop the “frozen oatmeal” with fork from tins. Place in freezer baggies and enjoy as a snack anytime.

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 cups (dry) Quick oats
3 Tbs chocolate chips

10 Servings Per Recipe
