How to make Raw Vegetable “Pasta”:

Wash all the vegetables and herbs. In a large bowl, peel (lengthwise) the zucchini and squash. Next, add the cherry tomatoes. Chop the sundried tomatoes, garlic, shallot, basil, and oregano. 2 yellow squash
1 cup cherry tomatoes
5 sundried tomatoes
(packed in oil)
1/2 of a shallot
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
