How to make Watermelon Salad:

Thinly slice the onion into half moons and place into a small bowl. Squeeze the juice from the limes onto the onions, and set aside. Chop watermelon and feta into bite size chunks. Place onto a platter or large shallow bowl. Next, chop parsley and mint and add to the platter of watermelon and cheese. Pour juice and onions onto the salad mixture.
