How to make High Protein Bars:
Combine all ingredients in this order. Cut 12 small pieces of (5"x5") parchment paper. Scoop 1 Tbs at a time onto small piece of paper. Press gently another paper on top. Put into large zip lock bag. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 hours for firmness. Makes 5-6 bars.
2 Tbs. peanut butter (Or Substitute with sun butter)
4 scoops chocolate protein powder (We used Whey in this recipe.)
1/4 cup almond milk (or alternative milk)
1/2 cup dry rolled oats
Dash of honey
1 gallon zip lock bag
